Location: Westwood Woman’s Club, located at 205 Kinderkamack Rd., in Westwood, NJ (our temporary location while our new building is under construction).

We livestream our service via Zoom so that our community can gather from wherever they are. To help you settle in comfortably:

• Arrive a little early: Logging in around 10:15 a.m. gives you time to breathe, settle, and make sure everything is working smoothly.

Preparing for Worship at Home

Worship is a shared experience, whether we gather in person or across screens. You’re invited to create a small sacred space at home:

• Light a chalice or candle: The chalice is a central symbol of Unitarian Universalism, reminding us of the light we kindle together.
• Participate fully: Sing with us, reflect with us, and share the moment with those in your household.
• Share a Joy or Sorrow: Email the office by 9 a.m. on Sunday to have your message included, or request a candle be lit in silence on your behalf.

What to Expect

Our services are led by our Minister, Rev. Andrée Cornelia Mol, along with guest speakers throughout the year. Each Sunday offers a blend of tradition, reflection, and community connection. You can expect:

• A Joyful & Intergenerational Beginning: We open with the ringing of a bell, a welcoming hymn, and words that gather us into community. Children, youth, and adults share in stories, rituals, and the lighting of the chalice — a moment that unites us across generations and locations.
• Reflection & The Spoken Word: Through readings, meditation, and a sermon, we explore themes of spiritual growth, justice, compassion, and the world we share. Topics range from theology and personal meaning to current events and social action.
• Vibrant Music: Music is woven throughout our service — from choir pieces to guest musicians to hymns that invite everyone to lift their voices. Whether you sing loudly or quietly, your presence enriches our shared experience.
• The Offering: Our weekly offering sustains the ministries, programs, and justice work of our congregation. Every contribution, financial or otherwise, helps nurture our community and extend our values into the world. You may donate online here or mail a check to the church office.
• Coffee Hour: Coffee Hour is often where the real connection of a Sunday happens, over a cup of coffee and a few extra minutes together. Stay after service and join us — hosted by volunteers each week (hosts always welcome! Sign up here.)

A Note on Attire: Come as you feel comfortable. Most people choose informal, neat clothing, but what matters most is your presence, not your outfit.

Families are a cherished part of our community. If you’re joining online, we encourage you to gather around one device, sing together, and share reflections after the service.
