Join us for Justice Sunday featuring the Church Choir performing a new composition by Matt Anderson, “Breathing,” with text by Matt Rotando. The work was commissioned by Andrea and Herb Ouida in memory of their son, Todd Ouida. Rab Bell, Worship Associate, and David Horst, Minister, lead the service. Rev. Horst’s sermon title is “What Makes Us Human?” We take a special collection to support the work of the Northern New Jersey Sanctuary Coalition, of which Central Unitarian is a member. We also learn more about the human rights work of our own Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. Children join us for the beginning of the service then depart for Sunday School. Childcare for infants and toddlers provided from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The monthly Membership Q&A begins at noon in the Forest Avenue Lobby. The Youth Group meets at 3:30.
